Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95 on all orders shipped in the US and Military APO addresses. All orders are sent priority mail.

International Shipping Rates
All international orders are sent Priority Mail International. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $18.00 all other international shipping is a flat rate of $28.00

PLEASE NOTE: While Priority Mail is very reliable, The United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates. We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

**We are not responsible for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service as that is proof that we have sent the order and USPS has delivered it to the shipping address.

Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to United States, U.S. Territories, Military APO Addresses, Canada, and other select international destinations including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Processing Times
It usually takes 3-5 business days from the time you place your order for us to process, pack and ship your package.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email letting you know the package was shipping along with a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. You may also log into your account to track your orders.

Back Orders
As much as we try to keep all items in stock, there may be times when an item is out of stock. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be adjusted before your card is processed.

Hold Orders
Can you hold an order I have placed so I can combine future purchases into one shipment? We are happy to hold on to your order while you continue purchasing. Just choose the "Hold Order" option under shipping at checkout when you make your first purchase. When you make your final purchase and are ready for us to ship your orders, please put a comment in the appropriate box at check out alerting us that you have an order on hold and to ship them both together.
