How do I place an order?
A:
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password.

How much do you charge for shipping?
A:
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95 on all orders shipped in the US and Military PO addresses. All orders are sent priority mail. International orders are charged actual shipping plus a small handling fee to cover additional costs for shipping overseas
U.S. ORDERS OVER $75 Ship FREE International orders over $50 receive a discount of $8.00.

How soon will I receive my order?
A:
Generally, we will ship within 2-5 days after receiving payment.
Please note if payment is made thru Paypal using an e-check, e-checks will take approximately 5 days to clear, your order will be shipped after e-check has cleared.
Your package will be shipped with delivery confirmation (at no additional charge to you). An email will be sent to you with tracking information once your package is ready for shipping.
While Priority Mail is very reliable, The United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates. We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
**Please note that we are not responsible for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service as that is proof that we have sent the order and USPS has delivered it to shipping address.

How can I track my order?

You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping information.

Currently, we ship to United States, U.S. Territories, Military P.O. Addresses, Canada, and other select international destinations including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure online server.
We also accept all forms of payment through paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. All amounts are in US dollars.

Are your products guaranteed?

Scrappin' Stuff stands by their products and has the confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. If, for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days indicating your reason. Scrappin' Stuff will email you with full instructions on making a return. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item(s) returned., less any shipping & handling charges.

How will my return be processed?

If you are unhappy with any products you receive from us, you may return them undamaged, within 30 days of the day we shipped them, and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price, in the form of store credit, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item(s) returned. To qualify for the refund, the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that are opened will not be accepted for return.

In what amounts can I purchase a Gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $5, $10, $15, $25 $50 and $100.

What are you policies concerning Gift Certificates?

Gift Certificates can be redeemed online at Scrappin' Stuff. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates. Customers can use Gift Certificates to purchase anything they wish, including paying for shipping charges. Promotional codes and other discounts offered from time to time cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. Gift Certificates expire 12 months from date of issuance.
Scrappin' Stuff cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificate codes.
The risk of loss for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.
Scrappin' Stuff reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice.

Will I be charged shipping charges if I am buying a Gift Certificate only?

If you are buying nothing but Gift Certificate, no shipping charges will apply.

Can I add a personalized message to be sent with the Gift Certificate?

Yes. You can add a short personal message to accompany the Gift Certificates. Simply type your message in "Personalized Message" section of the order page.
Q: Gift Certificates Value
Can I cash in my Gift Certificate?
A:
Gift certificates are non-transferable & not redeemable for cash. They may be used to purchase store merchandise. Any unused balance will be given as store credit. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you are responsible for the balance.

How do I use my Gift Certificate to pay for my order?
A:
Each Gift Certificate is printed with a unique Gift Certificate Code. Add the items you'd like in your shopping cart then proceed to checkout. During checkout type the code in the area where it says "Enter Voucher Code". The total value of the Gift Certificate will be applied against the total order amount. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, you must pay for the balance with our standard payment method. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. If the Gift Certificate amount exceeds your order total, no amount will be refunded and the balance will expire.
Q: Can I shop with a Gift Certificate more than once

No. The Gift Certificate must be utilized in a single redemption. Any unused portion will expire.

What is the Customer Rewards Program?

Our customer rewards program works on a point system. For every dollar you spend at Scrappin` Sports Stuff, you will earn 1 (one) point.
From time to time I will also be offering other promotions where you can earn extra points. Check Out our Monthly Point Specials page for more details.
Once you have accumulated 100 (one hundred) points, you may redeem your points. Or, you may save your points toward larger rewards. Points have NO EXPIRATION DATE! The longer you save, the bigger reward you can earn.

To check your balance you can go to the Check Your Balance Page and input your email address in the box. You will be taken to a new page showing your reward balance.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Once you have accumulated 100 points you may redeem your reward.
Once you are ready to redeem your points, you can go to the Redeem Your Points Page and complete the form.
A point code will then be emailed to you. Once you receive your point code you can then shop for your FREE products and use the code at checkout!
