I’m a Midwest mom who loves to create! My husband, Scott, and I are the proud
parents of two feisty boys, Ian and Matthew. I taught elementary music for ten
years before staying home with my boys and turning my crafting hobby into a
mini-profession.
I love to stamp, alter projects and scrapbook photos of all
sorts. I have had the honor of being published in several craft magazines
including Scrapbook Trends, Cards and Paper Trends as well as on the covers of
The Rubber Stamper Magazine and new Zutter book “Bind It All Around the World.”
I am delighted to work with the Scrappin' Sports Stuff Design Team!

My
name is Stephanie and I’m a scrap-a-holic. I live on Long Island (New York)
with my husband, Gary and our 14 year old son, Christopher. Christopher is
the focus of many scrapbook layouts.
I’ve been paper crafting in some form since I was a child. Back then,
though, we used construction paper and rubber cement. I have seen the paper
crafting industry change so much over the years and I am so excited to be a
part of it. I have truly come to love scrapbooking above all else and have
found card making and altering a natural adjunct to scrapbooking. I find my
day is not complete if I don’t spend some time in my craft room.
Many of my layouts are about my teenager who is quite the jock. But, because
he is a teenager, it is so hard to get a decent photo of him these days!!!!
Thankfully, when he is playing football, lacrosse, ice hockey or any other
sport, I can get some really nice photos because his focus is on the game,
not on my camera.
I find inspiration in magazines, online galleries and the photos themselves.
I love to experiment and try new techniques and am always open to new
products and designs.
I am truly honored to be a part of the Scappin’ Stuff Design Team. |

Amy's Blog
Hello
from Kentucky! I am Amy Wheeler - mom of two great, sports-loving boys;
wife; avid reader; and obsessed scrapbooker. I love baseball, catchy tunes,
food, a good laugh and new scrapbook supplies (not so much in that order!).
I have had my work included in online magazines, contributed to PageMaps,
and in May 2009 had a 2-page layout included in the Creating Keepsakes idea
book Easier Than Ever Scrapbooking 2.
I would say that my style is ever-changing and very influenced by the
products I am using. I am inspired by new product and use that as a jumping
off point to select which photos to scrap. From there, I let my photos and
stories take center stage. I mainly scrap multi-photo layouts and love
working with two-page spreads. I also enjoy using challenges and sketches
for inspiration.
If I'm not doing something scrap-related every day, I'm at least thinking
about it!

Heather's Blog
Hi
There! My name is Heather, aka heatherp438. I live in Ohio with my husband
and our 3 great kids. They are the reason I scrapbook! I hope to preserve
all of our wonderful memories so they can one day share them with their own
children.
I was thrilled to be asked to join this Design Team. We are sports
fanatics in our house, constantly on the run from one practice to another.
Some may think we are crazy for doing it, but I wouldn’t change a thing! Aside from scrapbooking, my hobbies are reading, making primitive crafts,
and traveling. |

Carolyn's Blog
My
name is Carolyn Lontin. I have been married to Rick since January 1997; we
have one son, Seth and two crazy dogs!
We live in gorgeous Colorado, in a suburb just south of Denver. We are less
than 20 minute drive to the mountains and love to go there often!
I began scrapping in October 2001 to preserve my son's childhood memories
and it quickly became an obsession! I love capturing my family's "real"
moments both in my photos and in my journaling on my layouts and projects. I
have found the creative outlet of scrapping to be incredibly relaxing and
quite addictive, which is shocking to the previously dominate non-artistic
side of me! Over the past few years, I have had the honor of having my work
published in major publications!
Since April 1994, I have been a Human Resource Director for a manufacturing
company.
I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, photography, exercising,
cheering on my son’s many sports teams, mini-adventures exploring in the
mountains, playing with our dogs, and reading.
I am super excited to be a part of the Scrappin' Sports Stuff Design Team!

Tanya's Blog
Hi, I’m Tanya Smith. I have been scrapbooking for fourteen years though only obsessively scrapping since I had my youngest son four years ago.
I live in Northern California with my amazing hubby of 12 years, our four wonderful kiddos, 2 dogs & 1 cat. My family is the main focus of my pages.
I am a stay at home mom who also records voice overs, often from my home studio which doubles as my scrapbook space.
I love creating whether it’s layouts, cards, cakes or Halloween costumes.
I find inspiration all around and often use online challenge blogs as a starting point for my work. When I’m not scrapping, I also enjoy reading, watching movies and listening to music.
I am thrilled to be on Scrappin’ Sports Stuff’s Design Team!

My name is Lisa Frayne and I live in Rochester Hills, Michigan with my wonderful husband of twenty years, Kevin. We have two beautiful children, Ethan, 10, and Natalie, 8. Needless to say the three of them give me plenty of opportunities to scrapbook just about every sport under the sun!
I started scrapbooking right after my son was born and to say I got hooked is an understatement. I love using pattern papers to create beautiful backdrops to showcase photographs. My passion for scrapbooking is so strong that rather than stop creating when my office began to overflow with my projects…there was no more room in our basement…and my friends couldn’t get married and have children as fast as I could make gifts for them…I decided to start my own scrapbooking business.
Effortless Heirlooms (www.effortlessheirlooms.com) specializes in pre-made scrapbook albums and home décor items designed to showcase peoples’ favorite photographs. (But we all know it’s really just a front to hide my addiction to scrapbooking!). That’s why I’m so excited to have Scrappin’ Sports Stuff as another outlet for my creative energy. I look forward to sharing my ideas with you and hope that something I design will inspire you to scrapbook your own favorite photographs!
